Values Integration Assessment

The Values Integration Appraisal Process is meant to allow a Catholic health care organizations to reflect on, appreciate, celebrate and build upon the values driven actions that are happening on a daily basis in the organization.  Catholic Health International’s facilities are encouraged to use this important resource to highlight the values that guide and inspire our organization to be a compassionate Catholic health care facility. Key components of the process are an online survey that explores the values of the organization and a site visit by trained assessors who use interviews and focus groups to further explore the survey results.
